A product shaped around the operating reality
The project involved collaborating with an experienced software professional and their client to create a digital HR platform for healthcare organizations. The product needed to help organizations onboard teams, manage documents, control access, and support compliance-related work.
Discovery sessions established the goals, operational problems, feature boundaries, and expected outcome before implementation began. The work covered both product design and development, including modernization of an older Vue foundation.
Combining organizational complexity with an intuitive workflow
Healthcare HR involves more than storing employee records. Organizations need layered administration, document management, training, assessment, identity checks, exclusion screening, notifications, and clear permissions.
The existing frontend also used an older Vue version. Modernizing that foundation without losing delivery momentum became part of the engagement.
